atikualhair.com provides services to you subject to the notices, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In addition, you shall comply with all applicable rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions prior to using our services. atikualhair.com reserves the right to modify this website and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

You shall not upload, distribute or publish any content, information or other materials through this Site that:

(a) contains bugs, viruses, worms, back‑door programs, Trojan horses or other harmful code or malicious components;
(b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic or discriminatory, or that may give rise to civil or criminal liability under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction;
(c) infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any third‑party.

atikualhair.com may issue you an account ID and password for access to restricted areas of this Site. Each use of your account ID or password shall be deemed to constitute your authorized access to and use of the Site in accordance with this Agreement. atikualhair.com is under no obligation to investigate the source of any such access.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Subject to this Agreement, atikualhair.com grants you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to access and view the Site via your internet browser solely for personal shopping purposes. You may not use the Site for any commercial purposes or on behalf of any third‑party without the advance written consent of atikualhair.com. Any breach of this Agreement will result in the immediate termination of this license without prior notice.

Unless explicitly authorized in advance by atikualhair.com, all materials displayed on this Site — including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips, downloads, video clips and other written content (collectively, the “Content”) — are for personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not commercially exploit any information obtained from this Site, nor use the Site to benefit any external business entity.

atikualhair.com may, in its sole discretion, refuse service, suspend user accounts or cancel orders, including circumstances where we believe a customer’s conduct violates applicable laws or harms the legitimate interests of atikualhair.com. Without prior written permission from atikualhair.com, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse‑engineer, disassemble or decompile any portion of this Site.

You are fully liable for all access and activity occurring under your account ID and password, whether or not such activity was actually authorized by you. This includes all communications, transmissions and financial obligations generated through such access. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must notify atikualhair.com immediately upon any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any known or suspected security breach of the Site.

atikual respects intellectual property rights. If any image displayed on our Site constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us and we will remove the relevant image promptly.

User Accounts

For security purposes, each customer is permitted to register only one user account by default. atikual Hair reserves the right to suspend multiple duplicate accounts without prior notice.

Once an order has been dispatched, transportation shall be the sole responsibility of the third‑party logistics carrier. Upon shipment, full title to the products passes to the buyer. All risks and liabilities arising during transit shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.

In compliance with customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate information. Consignee names, delivery addresses and payer information must be genuine and valid. Certain countries require consignees to provide identification documents or passports for customs clearance or payment verification. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you submit to us. We shall not be liable and will not provide compensation for shipment failures, delivery issues or customs clearance problems caused by incorrect information provided by you.

atikual Hair complies with all applicable laws, and we expect our users to do the same. As the importer, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of your country of residence. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.

To deliver personalized product recommendations, efficient customer support and timely service notifications, we collect information you provide when you visit, register and browse our Site. Delete Your Account

atikual Hair strives to deliver consistent, high‑quality products and services. If you wish to delete all of your personal data stored on our system, we respect your decision and will cooperate fully. Please contact atikual Hair customer support; we will respond within 48 business hours. Upon completion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Unsubscribe from Marketing Messages

If you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each marketing email. To opt‑out of SMS marketing, send an email to our support address: service@atikualhair.com.

Order Acceptance

Please note that certain orders may be rejected or cancelled. atikualhair.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Circumstances that may trigger order cancellation include limited product availability, inaccurate product or pricing information, or flags identified by our fraud‑prevention team. We may also request additional verification before processing an order. We will contact you if your order, or part of your order, is cancelled or if further documentation is required.

atikual Hair is not liable for delivery delays for special‑event dates such as birthdays. We recommend placing orders well in advance to allow sufficient delivery time.

Once a shipment is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, delivery shall be deemed completed. atikualhair.com shall not be held responsible for non‑delivery in such circumstances.

Packaging

Unless otherwise agreed, we will apply only our minimum‑standard packaging suitable for your selected shipping method. Any special packaging, loading or bracing requested by the buyer shall be at the buyer’s sole cost. All packaging and shipping costs for buyer‑specified special‑configuration goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, we select carriers and shipping routes in our reasonable judgment. We shall not be liable for transit delays or excess shipping charges resulting from our carrier‑route selections.

Payment Terms

All orders require full upfront payment. Discounts apply only to the invoiced value of merchandise and exclude taxes and shipping fees. We accept major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon online order submission.

We adopt a zero‑tolerance policy for credit‑card fraud and merchandise theft. All fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If your billing address differs from your shipping address, you may be required to complete a credit‑card authorization form and submit supporting documentation before shipment can be released. Our representative will contact you after order placement should this be required, which may delay dispatch.

If the buyer fails to make payment in accordance with this Agreement or any supplementary arrangement, or breaches any provision herein, we may, in addition to other available remedies, cancel any unshipped portion of the order. The buyer shall remain liable for all outstanding balances.

Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed on weekends will be processed for shipment on the following Monday, subject to public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery times follow the shipping option selected at checkout.

Taxes and Import / Export Licenses

Product prices do not include taxes. Taxes shall be paid by the buyer per our invoice, unless the buyer provides a valid tax‑exemption certificate accepted by the relevant tax authority, or unless applicable law prohibits us from collecting such taxes from the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain all required import and export licenses.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

We supply unprocessed virgin human hair with a natural base shade of 1B (Off‑Black). This hair takes permanent color, semi‑permanent color, lighteners and cellophane treatments very well. Professional styling‑salon application is strongly recommended.

Virgin human hair is a natural product; no two batches are completely identical. Product images serve only as a general texture reference. Minor variations between website images and the physical hair you receive are normal and expected. These natural variations are part of the unique quality of premium virgin hair.

WARNING: Refunds or exchanges will NOT be granted solely due to dissatisfaction with hair texture or color variations.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products with our 100‑percent quality guarantee. Natural human‑hair performance can be affected by washing and deep‑conditioning; many concerns can be resolved with proper hair‑care routines. However, please contact us promptly if you believe you have received a genuinely defective item.

If you receive a defective product, you must notify our customer service within 15 business days after receiving your merchandise. We will investigate the quality issue immediately. A support representative will provide return shipping instructions for the full defective product. All return‑shipping costs to the atikual Hair distribution center are the responsibility of the customer.

If atikual Hair verifies a valid manufacturing defect, we will proceed with an exchange or replacement of the item.

Should you opt for a replacement item of higher value, you will pay the price difference. atikual Hair will cover outbound shipping costs for the exchanged product back to you.

If we determine that no manufacturing defect exists, we will return the item to you at our cost without offering an exchange. Products that have been altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges

atikual Hair may approve exchanges in its sole discretion only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 business days of product receipt; requests received after this window will be denied.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (including brushing, combing, picking, cutting or washing).
Under applicable federal law, used human‑hair products cannot be returned. This includes opening hair bundles for trial fitting. We enforce these strict return requirements for hygiene compliance and legal obligations. Items must be returned in original, resalable condition for health‑safety purposes.
Exchanges must be for merchandise of equal or greater value. Cash refunds are not available.
You are responsible for shipping‑costs to send the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for lost return packages. Upon receipt, returned goods will be thoroughly inspected. Only unused, original‑condition merchandise will qualify for an exchange for equal or higher‑value goods.

Reviews and Submissions

Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or on the Site, all materials you submit or post to atikualhair.com — including ideas, know‑how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) — shall be treated as non‑confidential and non‑proprietary. By submitting Submissions, you grant atikualhair.com an irrevocable, royalty‑free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable license to use, copy, display, publish, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse‑engineer, disassemble and decompile such Submissions, excluding your moral rights of authorship.

All Submissions become the exclusive property of atikualhair.com and will not be returned to you. You agree not to assert any claims against us arising out of our use of your Submissions.

You warrant that your Submissions do not infringe third‑party intellectual‑property rights and contain no third‑party claims. atikualhair.com bears no liability for intellectual‑property violations caused by content you submit. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless atikualhair.com against all losses arising out of our use of your Submissions.

Other than your personal identifiable information, any communications you send to atikual Hair electronically or otherwise (including data, questions, feedback and Submissions) are non‑confidential and non‑proprietary. atikual Hair may use such content for any purpose including modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication and public posting. By submitting materials, you irrevocably assign all copyrights, publicity rights, privacy rights and other intellectual‑property rights in those materials to atikual Hair and waive any future claims to such rights. We may freely use any ideas, concepts or technical know‑how contained in your communications for product development, manufacturing and marketing without any obligation to you.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused, directly or indirectly, by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, buyer conduct, governmental or military actions (including wage‑price controls), fire, war, civil unrest, shipping delays, shortages or inability to obtain raw materials, components, labor, fuel or supplies, and any other comparable circumstances.

If only part of an order is affected by force‑majeure events, the affected portion may be excused from performance while the remainder of this Agreement remains in full force. During periods of supply shortage, atikualhair.com may allocate available raw‑material supplies among its customers in a manner we deem fair and reasonable. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages arising from any delay.

When completing your purchase, your payment page and card‑statement will show the merchant descriptor “atikualhair.com”.

All purchases shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.
