**Return and Exchange Policy**

Thank you for choosing Atikualhair.com. To ensure a smooth after-sales experience and protect your rights, please review the following policy carefully.

### **1. Return & Exchange Conditions**

1.  **30-Day Window**: Please inspect your item upon receipt. If there are issues with size, style, or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2.  **Non-Returnable Situations**:
    *   The hair has been used or worn.
    *   Any claim about the item not matching its description is made after the 30-day period.
3.  **Change of Mind Returns**: If you simply wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A **restocking fee of up to 10%** will be withheld from your refund.

### **2. Condition of Returned Items**

To ensure fairness for all customers, returned items must meet the following criteria:
*   **Original Condition**: Unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned items.
*   **Wig-Specific Requirement**: Wigs must be **INTACT**. The **LACE MUST NOT be cut**.
*   **Non-Returnable Items**: Hair care & styling products, accessories, liquids, and special-order/customized items are **FINAL SALE** and cannot be returned.

### **3. Return Process (Crucial Step)**

**Contact Us First**: You **MUST** obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing **support@atikualhair.com** **before** sending any item back. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted, and you may be responsible for the return shipping cost or forfeit the item.

### **4. Return Shipping Fees**

*   If the return reason is not due to an error on our part (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection), the **customer is responsible for the return shipping cost**.
*   The cost depends on your chosen return method. We recommend contacting us first for the most suitable and affordable option. In most cases, the fee should not exceed **$10**.

### **5. Examples of Ineligible Returns**

*   The frontal lace is cut or damaged.
*   The original packaging or product is altered.
*   The item shows signs of wear or has been sprayed with styling products.
*   The item is damaged or its original state is changed.
*   Special order and clearance items.

### **6. Order Cancellation**

*   Orders are processed promptly after payment. To cancel, please request it immediately.
*   Orders **cannot be canceled** once the parcel has been shipped or if production/customization has begun.
*   A **5% processing fee** will be applied to successfully canceled orders.

### **7. About Refunds**

1.  **Shipment Notification**: After shipping your return, please notify us and provide the **tracking number**.
2.  **Processing Time**: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund within **24 hours**. Typically, funds will appear in your account within **3-5 business days** (processing times vary by bank/payment provider).
3.  **Late or Missing Refunds**: If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, first contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at **support@atikualhair.com**.
4.  **Important Note**: The refund amount **does NOT include** the original shipping fee paid, as this cost has already been transferred to the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
5.  **Customer Appreciation**: As a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience, we will offer **extra discounts or gifts** on your next order.

### **8. Important Notice**

*   **Please Do Not Refuse Delivery Unnecessarily**: Before refusing a package, please contact our customer service. Unnecessary refusal leads to wasted shipping time and costs. Thank you for your cooperation.

### **9. About Claims**

1.  **Shipping Damage Claim**:
    *   Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find **shipping-related damage**, contact us within **7 days** of receipt. Send clear photos/videos of the damage to **support@atikualhair.com**.
    *   Damage claims reported after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
2.  **Lost Package Claim**:
    *   If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact us immediately. We will assist in investigating with the carrier.
    *   If a package is confirmed lost, you may need to assist by providing required information (e.g., for carrier claims). Failure to provide necessary information may hinder the investigation, and in such cases, we cannot issue a refund or reshipment.
3.  **PayPal Dispute Notice**:
    *   Hair products are consumable items. For any quality or usage concerns, please contact us directly **within 2 months** of purchase for assistance.
    *   Due to the limited accessibility of shipping records and related information after **3 months**, we cannot address disputes filed through PayPal after this period.
